The color of the decor and name will come as shown. If you would like these changed, please message us BEFORE purchasing so we can accommodate your requests. We are happy to do custom work, but cannot guarantee your color choices unless you have contacted us to discuss them.

**Please note that each box is handmade, therefore there will be slight imperfections and differences in the grain and color of the wood. We do our best to ensure that every box leaving our shop is as close to perfect as we can get it.

**These boxes are made to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your box to be made, customized, and shipped. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. We work to get these boxes out as quickly as possible. If you need the box by a certain date, please contact us before purchasing.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges of these toy boxes. Each box is custom made, therefore the sale is final. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
