Our Products Are Made Just for You
Every item in our shop, from our heirloom toy chests to our milestone markers, is handcrafted and made to order. Because each piece is custom-built specifically for you, we do not keep pre-made inventory. This means your order goes into production the moment it's placed, and the care and craftsmanship that goes into it takes time. We believe the wait is worth it. 🌿
Production Timelines
- Toy Chests & Toy Boxes: Please allow 6–8 weeks for your box to be made, customized, and prepared for shipment.
- Milestone Markers & Puzzles: Please allow 1–2 weeks for production and preparation.
These timelines begin on the date your order is placed and are estimates based on our current workload. During busy seasons, production may take slightly longer.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only.
All orders include free shipping — no minimums, no codes needed.
Once your order has completed production and is handed off to the carrier, you can expect delivery within the standard transit time for your region (typically a few business days depending on your location).
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email notification with your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Need It by a Specific Date?
Because all of our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless you reach out to us before placing your order. Please contact us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
